Hello, I’m Carlo. I grew up admiring the passion and love that my grandparents and parents put into preparing such a unique and special food. A food capable of making everyday life special, of uniting and encouraging conversation and sharing. Pasta.
That’s why I decided, together with my family, to bring it to the most popular places in the city: the markets.
Our colourful vans among the market stalls identify not only our brand but our personality. We are a large extended family that welcomes with open arms those who share our values.
